Need a few rooms reshot? We can come back anytime to reshoot some or even all of the home. (Additional images based on time/number of images)
EXTERIOR RESHOOT
Was there snow on the ground, a pod in your drive, or just less than perfect weather? We'll come back and reshoot the entire Exterior, no problem!
EXTERIOR ONLY
Want to get the exterior while the grass is green or maybe your interior just in quite ready? We'll come out and shoot the entire property by itself (coverage up to 3 acres)!
SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGE
Let your images show themselves with our SoMe Package! We'll take you're 10 best images from the shoot and create: Social Media sized images, an MOV exterior image with moving sky, and a 30 second Teaser Video!
COMMUNITY SHOOT
Want to show off your neighborhood? We can shoot the community amenties new or pull from our existing Community Library (if available.)
PHOTOSHOP EDITING
We can Photoshop just about anything from adding grass, to fixing paint, removing items, or even Virtually Staging the entire house (virtual staging is priced sepaerately.) Tell us what you need and let our experienced editors take care of the rest. Photoshop fees are based off of time and difficulty, generally $60 per hour.
KEEPSAKE USB
Want a keepsake of your property as a closing gift? We take all of the image sizes as well as a video file of your Single Property Website and put it on a high-end USB with strap and case. (plus taxes and shipping)
